The other day, Hikaru, Mia, and I conducted a triple session together.
Our guests were a married couple visiting Japan from abroad. The husband is a sub, and the wife is a Dom, and the three of us were invited to share in their special time.
The venue was a hotel suite. While the women enjoyed wine, food, and conversation, the husband served as a human mattress—having his face stepped on and his feet wiped by the four women. As we listened to their story of how they met and how they arrived at their current relationship dynamic, we spent a wonderful, friendly time together.
Seeing people travel all the way to Japan with a desire to experience BDSM here made me realize once again how widely recognized and intriguing Japanese SM culture has become around the world, which truly filled me with joy. And if this experience brought not only the submissive husband joy, but also gave his wife—who has walked her own path as a Dom—a sense of emotional relief, I could not be happier.
I believe that BDSM is not merely about inflicting pain on someone, but is a form of communication built on mutual love and trust.
Furthermore, we as Doms are also women, just like the wife. Engaging with diverse values can sometimes lead to moments of hesitation or confusion when we encounter beliefs different from our own. Yet, amidst all our conversations, what came through most strongly was the wife's deep and genuine love for her husband.
BDSM exists as one of many choices for communication—this session was a truly wonderful experience that gave me an opportunity to reflect on that once again.
Thank you so much for the wine gift!
