Today I have a special announcement.
In April 2020, it happened behind the declaration of the first state of emergency.
In the spring-like weather,
from the fresh green grass to the world.
Lily Rinae's "Keep your mouth shut, my dear" is a short film about a BDSM enthusiast in COVID-19 world.
The film is set in Japan, against the backdrop of an old house, but the atmosphere is that of a good old-fashioned Western black and white film. In it, enamel shines black, leather restraints emit the sound of chains, and noodles and floggers splatter. Decadent, post-war... well, it's hard to describe in one word. A variety of worlds intersect in my brain.
Japan and Tokyo have declared a state of emergency starting in April 2020. At that time, the anguish that had begun to swell among BDSM enthusiasts became, through the magic of director Lily Rinae, "Keep your mouth shut, my dear."
In fact, I was involved in this film to the extent that I joined in the chatter, just a little. (laughs)
Film is an alchemy, isn't it? It expands in such a way depending on the director's sense.
The film continues to make a splash in film festivals and distribution around the world.
